Role: AMBER (Female)
The pretty One.
16 yrs old. Only suggest artists 16yrs and over. Artist must look 16 yrs old.
Any middle class accent, any race.
A likeable airhead. Amber has wealthy parents and is somewhat spoilt. However, she has a generous nature and is generally popular with the rest of the housemates. She tends to rush into things without thinking things through so she does get into some funny and unpredictable scrapes. She is a bit of a drama queen and prone to over-exaggeration. Amber has gorged herself on American culture all of her life.

Role: PATRICIA (Female)
The Spiky One.
16 yrs old. Only suggest artists 16yrs and over. Artist must look 16 yrs old.
Any accent, any race.
Patricia is tough and sharp-tongued, devastatingly good at put-downs. She is great fun to be around if she likes you, not so much fun if she takes a dislike. And she dislikes Nina intensely to begin with. This turns Patricia into something of a bully early on in the series and she loses friends because of it.

Role: MARA (Female)
The clever one.
16 yrs old. Only suggest artists 16yrs and over. Artist must look 16 yrs old.

Mara is very clever and gets top grades in all her subjects without even trying. Like Nina, she is a scholarship student and so she often feels insecure about not having as much money etc as some of the other students. She is quiet and rather conservative in the way she dresses but still waters run deep. Mara has a very passionate soul and is very much in love with Mick, who happens to be with Amber….

Role: FABIAN (Male)
The boy next door.
16 yrs old. Only suggest artists 16yrs and over. Artist must look 16 yrs old.

A quiet, likeable, intelligent young man. He sticks up for the under-dog and has a strong sense of fair play. Fabian will not stand for it when Patricia tries to make life hard for Nina. He grows in strength as the series continues and becomes something of a leader. He also falls for Nina but doesn’t have the courage to tell her.

The school jock.
16 yrs old. Only suggest artists 16yrs and over. Artist must look 16 yrs old.

Mick is blessed with a gift for most sports and is also conspicuously good-looking. He is very popular with the girls and at the start of the series he is dating Amber. Mick is not particularly academic so is something of a disappointment to his high achieving parents. Mick would love to make his father proud of him and wishes he could receive the kind of grades that Mara gets.

The class clown.

Alfie loves to have a laugh – mostly at the expense of someone else. He likes horror movies and Goth rock and is energetic, funny and just a little bit crazy. Although his fellow housemates find him fun he can also be rather irritating sometimes. He has a massive and far-from-secret thing for Amber, who barely tolerates his prank-strewn attentions.

Role: JEROME (Male)
The sly one.
16 yrs old. Only suggest artists 16yrs and over. Artist must look 16 yrs old.

Jerome is a rather manipulative young man and is not particularly popular. He hangs around with Alfie but mainly because he uses Alfie as his fall guy. He does have a more likeable side, which Mara brings out at some point in the series. However, when Mara “rejects” him, a wounded Jerome betrays all of his housemates...
