A NEW PROGRAMME FOR YOUNGER STUDENTS

The Helen OGrady Drama Acadmey is pleased to announce that as from OCTOBER 2009, our unique programme will be available for younger students. KINDYDRAMA has been specifically designed for children aged 3-5 years. It gives pre-school children the help they need to get a head-start in life. KINDYDRAMA has the same ethos and high standards of teaching as does our original HOGDA programme using positive reinforcment and positive praise with a huge emphasis on fun, creativity and individuality.

The programme will be taught by the PRINCIPAL, JUDY ADAMS MSc. PG DIP AS, who has over 12 years teaching experience in the HOGDA programme as well as being a well known accomplished actress and an Associate to the Board of RADA. The programme includes:-

SELF DEVELOPMENT SELF ESTEEM LINGUSTIC SKILLS LISTENING SKILLS MOTOR AND CO-ORDINATION SKILLS MOVEMENT AND DANCE ACTING AND DRAMA CREATIVITY USING PROPS DRESSING UP USING PUPPETS SINGING SOCIALISATION FUN!FUN!FUN! AND MUCH, MUCH MORE....

Classes last for 40 minutes and parents are invited to stay and watch, or join in if their child is still a little shy. Class places are limited and therefore early registration is highly recommended.
