SUMMER PRODUCTIONS SCHEDULE As you are all aware, our students are at the end of rehearsals for their end of year presentations. We have had a wonderful term rehearsing the plays and this is reflected in the high standard of work, which the students are looking forward to performing for you. Details for your child?s performance are as follows:- Performance Details forSt Albans School Dartford (Thursdays) DATE: Saturday 18th July TIME: 9am - 12noon REHEARSAL: 9am - 10.30 (Technical Rehearsal for children onstage ONLY) PERFORMANCE: 10.30 - 12noon (parents, friends and family) Performance Details for St Paulinus Community Hall CRAYFORD (Tuesdays) DATE: Saturday 18th July TIME: 12noon - 2pm REHEARSAL: 12 - 1pm (Technical Rehearsal for children onstage ONLY) PERFORMANCE: 1pm - 2pm (parents, friends and family) Performance Details for St Andrews Church Hall Bexleyheath (Fridays) AND ADVANCED YOUTH THEATRE (Saturdays) DATE: Saturday 18th July TIME: 2pm - 5pm REHEARSAL: 2 - 3.30pm (Technical Rehearsal for children onstage ONLY) PERFORMANCE: 3.30pm - 5pm (parents, friends and family) Performance Details for Ascension Church Hall PLUMSTEAD (Saturdays) DATE: Saturday 18th July TIME: 5pm - 7pm REHEARSAL: 5 - 6pm (Technical Rehearsal for children onstage ONLY) PERFORMANCE: 6pm - 7pm (parents, friends and family) Performance Details for Emmanuel Church Hall SIDCUP (Wednesdays) DATE: Sunday 19th July TIME: 9am - 12noon REHEARSAL: 9am - 10.30(Technical Rehearsal for children onstage ONLY) PERFORMANCE: 10.30 - 12 noon (parents, friends and family) Performance Details for Welling Methodist Church WELLING (Mondays) DATE: Sunday 19th July TIME: 12noon - 3pm REHEARSAL: 12noon - 1.30(Technical Rehearsal for children onstage ONLY) PERFORMANCE: 1.30 - 3pm (parents, friends and family) Performance Details for 8th Bexleyheath Scout Hall WELLING (Saturdays) DATE: Sunday 19th July TIME: 3pm - 6pm REHEARSAL: 3pm - 4.30pm (Technical Rehearsal for children onstage ONLY) PERFORMANCE: 4.30 - 6pm (parents, friends and family) Tickets will be £5 for adults and £1 for children (over 5 years), HOGDA students are free. Tickets are not sold in advance and admission is at the door on the day of the performance. WE CANNOT RESERVE SEATS. So as not to spoil the surprise for you, parents, friends and family are kindly requested to wait OUTSIDE the theatre during the technical rehearsals. Please ensure that children arrive ON TIME and in costume and make-up, where possible. As shows are in performance throughout the day it is requested that you do not enter the building BEFORE the allotted Technical Rehearsal time.
